If a LCD display has pixel problems it is often because the connection from the printed circuit board (PCB) to the LCD display has broken. Many companies will just repair the connection, this is so simple that you could do it yourself in an hour…. but realise that this is a short term solution to the problem that will only hold up for 6-12 months. This is because the use of the special z-axis glue can only be used once.
Sustainable solution
At ACtronics we therefore prefer to choose a sustainable solution and replace these faulty connections preferably for new and improved products. Should the glass be broken, we will replace the glass for you. Therefore, we have for almost all displays from our catalogue, custom made connectors and LCD glasses (if apply) in stock, which are replaced in each repair. Thanks to our thorough approach we can offer you 2 years warranty on repairs.
