MINI ABS units repair

The MINI marque existed long before cars were equipped with an ABS braking system as standard. The very first Mini (designed by Alec Issigonis) was put into production by the British Motor Corporation in 1959 and was marketed under two names: Morris Mini and Austin Seven. The MINI brand name was not created until 1969, when both Morris and Austin became part of British Leyland. It wasn't until 1994 that MINI was acquired by BMW. Since then, the British brand has been completely redesigned. New MINIs, new techniques. The new models are without exception equipped with ABS and / or ESP. The TRW EBC systems and ABS / ESP from ATE / Continental are most commonly used. The third generation Mini (F54, F55, F56, F57) is even equipped with the latest ATE / Continental MK100 ESP.
