Instrument clusters by Renault: we have the solution
If we had to summarise French cars in two words, we would say: comfortable and quirky, it's no different for Renault. The Clio and Megane are still relatively normal in concept, but the Espace, Scenic, Zoe and Twizzy are somewhat out of place and we mean that in a positive way. Renault knows how to distinguish itself from the masses and over the years this has earned them a lot of fans and loyal customers.
We see this in the interior as well: The instrument cluster is often placed centrally in the dashboard and not in the middle of the driver's seat. A digital dashboard is also often chosen, without gauges and dials. This has both advantages and disadvantages, but it is to Renault's credit that they dare to think differently. But don't think: "yes, if it breaks down, a new cluster will be very expensive". If the instrument panel is giving problems, then remanufacture at ACtronics is possible!
