ACtronics 5 step remanufacturing process
How can I have something remanufactured at ACtronics?
1. CREATE ACCOUNT
If you have never placed an order with us, you must first create an account on our website. Please note - We only work directly with companies (b2b).
2. SEARCH YOUR PARTS
Search for your desired part with our product finder and create a remanufacture order form (ROF). Within the ordering process you can provide the product details and diagnosis.
3. SHIPPING PROCESS
After the order has been completed, the part should be packed carefully according to our packing instructions. Send the part to us!
4. TESTING AND REMANUFACTURING OF PART
After we have received the part, a visual inspection is started. This is followed by a so-called entry test that checks whether the part is actually defective. On the basis of a remanufacturing process developed by our R&D department, the components are remanufactured and improvements are implemented. During the End of Line (EOL) test, the product is checked to see if it functions correctly. If for any reason the product does not pass the test, an extensive diagnosis is then made by our R&D department.
5. RETURN ITEM
After the final inspection has been carried out and you have had feedback, we will send the part back. For this we use specially developed boxes and crates, so that the chance of damage is minimized.
