Another successful Automechanika for ACTRONICS!

We’ve not long got back from exhibiting and attending Automechanika Birmingham 2025. We spent the week in engaging, collaborative discussions with garages, technicians, apprentices, and students alike.

The event brought together over 550 leading brands like ACTRONICS from over 25 countries and 15,000 senior UK-based automotive industry attendees for three days of networking, learning, and face-to-face time.

Speaking with Industry:

On our first full day, COO Thijs Jasink presented an engaging talk on how remanufacturing can support your business to overcome the ever-present challenges it faces. His presentation focused on the sustainability and cost-effectiveness of remanufacturing, as well as its increasingly important role in extending the life of complex electronic vehicle components. With rising part prices, long lead times, and increasing environmental concerns, the conversation around circular solutions is more relevant than ever. Thijs also emphasised the need for collaboration between workshops and remanufacturers to ensure quality, consistency, and continued innovation.

Hands-On Conversations:

Over the course of the show, our stand was buzzing with activity. From in-depth technical discussions to friendly reunions, we had the chance to connect with many familiar faces and plenty of new ones, too.

It was especially rewarding to talk directly with the people who install and work with our remanufactured products every day. Their insights help us continuously improve, and their passion for the trade is what keeps the industry moving forward.

We also welcomed students and apprentices from across the UK who were eager to learn more about how electronics are repaired and remanufactured. It’s clear there’s a new generation of technicians coming through who are not only technically skilled but also mindful of sustainability and open to smarter alternatives like remanufacturing.
